HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6316 -5T RESOLUTION NO. 6316 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE OF A STREET NAME FROM WALNUT AVENUE TO PACIFIC VIEW AVENUE WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works has recommended that the name of a portion of Walnut Avenue be changed to Pacific View Avenue and The Huntington Beach Fire Department has approved the use of the name "Pacific View Avenue;" and This change would be in keeping with the City's Master Street Designation Plan, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby change the name of Walnut Avenue between First Street and Beach Boulevard to Pacific View Avenue BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk, pursuant to Government Code § 34092, is directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd day of Sept ember , 1991.
