HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6322 RESOLUTION NO. 6322 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ADOPTING A RETENTION SCHEDULE FOR RECORDS MAINTAINED BY THE OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK" WHEREAS the City Clerk's Office has developed a Records Management Program pursuant to Section 310 of the City Charter; WHEREAS the City Clerk' s Office has developed a retention schedule to provide for the retention, preservation and disposal of all records maintained by the City Clerk' s Office; WHEREAS the City Clerk' s Office shall review all records for historical value before disposal of any records on file in the Office of the City Clerk; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that the Retention Schedule for the Office of the City Clerk be adopted as set forth in Exhibit A.
