RESOLUTION NO. 6334
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH, CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING AS ADEQUATE
THE ADDENDUM TO FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 89-1
WHEREAS, The Addendum to Final Environmental Impact Report
No. 89-1 has been prepared; and
The City of Huntington Beach was the lead agency in the
preparation of the Addendum to Final EIR 89-1; and
All persons and agencies wishing to respond to notice duly
given have been heard by the Planning Commission either in writing
or at a public hearing on September 17, 1991, and such responses and
comments were fully considered, and,
All persons and agencies wishing to respond to notice duly
given have been heard by the City Council either through written
notice or during a public hearing on 2/10/92 and such
responses and comments were fully considered,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Huntington Beach that:
SECTION 1 . The Addendum to Final EIR 89-1 has been
completed in compliance with the California Environmental Quality
Act and all other state and local laws and guidelines relative
thereto .
SECTION 2 . The City Council further finds that through the
implementation of the mitigation measures, contained in Final EIR
89-1 the negative impacts associated with General Plan Amendment No.
l
91-2 will be reduced to a level of insignificance.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach at a regular meeting held on the loth day
of Pphruaizy 199 2.

I, CONNIE BROCKWAY, the duly elected, qualified City
Clerk of the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the
City Council of said City, do hereby certify that the whole number of
members of the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach is seven;
that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the affirmative
vote of at least a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on the loth day
