HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6433 RESOLUTION NO. 6433 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING AND IMPLEMENTING AN AMENDMENT TO EACH MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AND: 1) THE HUNTINGTON BEACH MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES ORGANIZATION, 2) THE MUNICIPAL EMPLOYEES ASSOCIATION, 3) THE HUNTINGTON BEACH FIRE ASSOCIATION, 4) MARINE SAFETY OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, 5) POLICE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION, 6) POLICE OFFICERS ASSOCIATION, WHICH AMENDS THE DAY AND DATE ON WHICH VETERANS' DAY SHALL BE OBSERVED AS A PAID HOLIDAY. The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve as follows : The amendment to each Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Huntington Beach and each organization and association captioned hereinabove, a copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, is hereby adopted and ordered implemented in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof, and the City Administrator is authorized to execute such agreement. Veterans Day shall be observed as a paid holiday on Monday, November 9, 1992 in place and instead of November 11, 1992 . Section 2 . All other terms and conditions shall remain the same.
