HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6481 RESOLUTION NO. 6481 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH REQUESTING CAL TRANS TO APPROVE THE CLOSING OF PACIFIC COAST HIGHWAY ON JUNE 13 , 1993 TO CONDUCT THE PIER RUN WHEREAS, the City of Huntington Beach supports the Pier Run, and; There will be approximately 5000 runners and the route makes it necessary to close Pacific Coast Highway from Warner Avenue to First Street; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city requests that Cal Trans approve the closure plan as previously submitted to Cal Trans by the city' s traffic engineering department. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 17th day of May 1993 . /�j� • Mayor A.
