A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5159
ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A CITY FEE SCHEDULE"
FOR FEES CHARGED AS TO SPECIFIC EVENTS BANNERS
(SUPPLEMENTAL FEE RESOLUTION NO. 53)
WHEREAS, on October 4, 1982, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5159
establishing a fee schedule for the city; and
The City Council desires to establish new fees and change existing fees charged to
the public for city services, facilities and activities;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington
Beach that Resolution No. 5159 is hereby amended to establish new fees for the installation
and removal of specific events banners in the amount of $1,770 per event.; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fee additions and amendments set out in this
Supplemental Fee Resolution No. 53 shall be effective January 1, 1995 and continue
thereafter; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended herein, the fees contained in
Resolution No. 5159, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 3ra day of A-Pri 1 .11995.

the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of said

the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the affirmative vote of at least a majority of all the members of said
City Council at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3rd of April, 1995 the
