Home My WebLink AboutCity Council - 6696 RESOLUTION NO. 6696 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS FOR THE YEARS 1995/1996 THROUGH 2O01/2002 FOR COMPLIANCE WITH MEASURE M. WHEREAS, On November 6, 1990, the Orange County voters approved Measure M, the revised Traffic Improvement and Growth Management Ordinance; Measure M authorized the imposition of a one-half percent sales tax for a period of twenty years to fund necessary transportation improvements; One of the eligibility requirements for Measure M is the adoption of a Capital Improvement Program for the years 1995/1996 through 2001/2002; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby adopt the Capital Improvement Programs for Measure M, contained in Exhibits "A' to this resolution.
