HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 6739 RESOLUTION NO. 6739 _ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ABOLISHING THE HUNTINGTON BEACH TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that there is no longer a need for the Transportation Commission as a separate body as established by Resolution No. 5000 on June 15, 1981; and The City Council desires to abolish such commission, and NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby abolish the Huntington Beach Transportation Commission. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this resolution will become operative on the effective date of Ordinance No. 3318 PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting held thereof on the 18th day of n ,Pr _.. , 1995.
