A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH REINSTATING THE SALARY
OF THE CITY TREASURER
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reinstate the salary level of the City Treasurer at
the level that existed when the office was last occupied by an elected incumbent,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby
resolve as follows:
I. That effective on April S, 1996, the salary range for the City Treasurer shall be at
Salary Range 531.
2. That all previous resolutions or minute actions of the City Council in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a
regular meeting held thereof on the Sth day of April, 1996.

I, CONNIE BROCKWAY, the duly elected, qualified City Clerk of
the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of said
City, do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of
the City of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing resolution was passed
and adopted by the affirmative vote of at least a majority of all the members of said
City Council at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the Sth of April,
1996 by the following vote'
AYES: Councilmembers: Harman, Leipzig, Bauer, Sullivan, Dettloff,
Green, Garofalo
NOES: Councilmembers: None
