HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 96-32 RESOLUTION NO. 96 — 32 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH REINSTATING THE SALARY OF THE CITY TREASURER WHEREAS, the City Council desires to reinstate the salary level of the City Treasurer at the level that existed when the office was last occupied by an elected incumbent, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve as follows: I. That effective on April S, 1996, the salary range for the City Treasurer shall be at Salary Range 531. 2. That all previous resolutions or minute actions of the City Council in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting held thereof on the Sth day of April, 1996.
