HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 96-32A RESOLUTION NO. 96-32A A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH PROVIDING FOR THE CHANGE OF THE STREET NAME OF CLAY AVENUE TO SUMMIT DRIVE WHEREAS, the Fire Chief has recommended that the street name of Clay Avenue be changed to Summit Drive. The Huntington Beach Fire Department has approved this recommended name change and; This change is in keeping With the city`s Master Street Designation Plan, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby change Clay Avenue to Summit Drive. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk, pursuant to Govemment Code Section 34092, is directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Board of Supervisors of Orange County, California.
