A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING THE SUBMITTAL
OF TWO IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS TO THE ORANGE
COUNTY TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY FOR FUNDING
UNDER THE BUS STOP ACCESSIBILITY PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach desires to implement the
bus stop accessibility improvement projects listed below; and
The Orange County Transportation Authority Intends to allocate funds for bus stop
accessibility improvement projects within the incorporated cities in Orange County,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
The City Council of the City of Huntington Beach hereby requests the Orange County
Transportation Authority allocate funds from the Bus Stop Accessibility Program to City in the
amounts specified in the City's application. Said funds shall be used to aid the City in the
improvement of two Bus Stop Accessibility Improvement projects (CC-1054 and CC-1055).
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a
regular meeting thereof held on the 15 h day of Seplember , 1997.

I, CONNIE BROCKWAY, the duly elected, qualified City Clerk of
the City of Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of said City,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of the City
of Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the affirmative vote of at least a majority of all the members of said City Council
at an regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of September, 1997 by the
following vote:
AYES: Harman, Dettloff, Bauer, Sullivan, Green, Garofalo
NOES: None
ABSENT: Julien
