at the hour of 7:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter could be heard, in the Council
Chambers of the Civic Center, to ascertain whether the public necessity, health, safety or welfare
requires the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated overhead structures, and the
underground installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication, or similar or
associated service to an underground utility district comprised of property within the public right
of way on Beach Boulevard between Yorktown and Garfield Avenues per attached district map;

an opportunity to be heard,

requires the removal of poles, overhead wires and associated structures, and the underground
installation of wires and facilities for supplying electric, communication, or similar or associated
