Home My WebLink AboutParking Authority - 31 RESOLUTION NO. 31+' A RESOLUTION OF THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, ACKNOWLEDGING THE TERMINATION OF THE LEASE BETWEEN THE CITY AND THE PARKING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH FOR A PARKING STRUCTURE IN THE VICINITY OF THE HUNTINGTON BEACH PIER WHEREAS, on September 30, 1968, the Parking Authority of the City of Huntington Beach and the City of Huntington Beach entered into a lease agreement whereby the Authority agreed to sell bonds to finance the acquisition and construction of a parking facility in the vicinity of the Huntington Beach Pier; and The September 30, 1968 lease was recorded on February 14, 1969, at Book 8874,page 853 of the Records of Orange County; and The property that is the subject of lease agreement is described within Exhibit A, attached hereto; and The lease agreement provides that it terminated at the time the lease-revenue bonds were retired; and The lease revenue bonds were retired during fiscal year 1993-94; NOW, THEREFORE,the Parking Authority of the City of Huntington Beach hereby resolves as follows: SECTION 1.
