HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2001-24 RESOLUTION NO. 2001-24 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5159, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE COMMUNITY SERVICES DEPARTMENT FEE SCHEDULE (SUPPLEMENTAL FEE RESOLUTION NO. 79 WHEREAS, on October 4, 1982, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach adopted Resolution No. 5159 establishing a fee schedule for the City, including a fee schedule for the Community Services Department, and periodically has amended these fees by subsequent resolutions; and The City now desires to establish new fees and change existing fees related to the City's Community Services Department Fee Schedule; and The City has conducted a public hearing,pursuant to notice, to consider public input on amending the City's Community Services Department Fee Schedule; and The City Council has determined that the fees set forth in this resolution are fair and reasonable, and necessary to offset the cost of programs and services being offered. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that Resolution No. 5159, as amended, is hereby amended to incorporate the changes set forth in Exhibit "A,"attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as amended herein, the fees contained in Resolution No. 5159, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
