HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2001-88 RESOLUTION NO. 2001-88 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS TO THE URBAN RUNOFF DIVERSION PROJECTS FOR HUNTINGTON BEACH PUMP STATION, TALBERT CHANNEL AND GREENVILLE-BANNING CHANNEL WHEREAS, the Orange County Public Facilities and Resources Department on behalf of the Watershed and Coastal Resources Division proposes to construct improvements to the Huntington Beach Pump Station (Facility No. DOIPSI) on Adams Avenue near Beach Boulevard, Talbert Channel (Facility No. D02) 1000 feet upstream of Yorktown Avenue and Greenville-Banning Channel (Facility No. D03) 2500 feet downstream of Adams Avenue; and Approval of plans and specifications for this project by the City of Huntington Beach is required under provisions of the California Public Contract Code, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby approve plans and specifications for the Urban Runoff Diversion Projects for the Huntington Beach Pump Station (Facility No. D01PS1), Talbert Channel (Facility No. D02) and Greenville-Banning Channel (Facility No. D03)by the Orange County Public Facilities and Resources Department. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 5th day of November , 2001.
