HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2002-85 RESOLUTION NO. 2002-85 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 5159 ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A CITY FEE SCHEDULE" (SUPPLEMENTAL FEE RESOLUTION NO. 89_) WHEREAS, on October 4, 1982, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5159 establishing a fee schedule for the City; and The City Council desires to state new fees and update existing fees charged to the public; and The fees hereinafter established do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing the service for which the fees are imposed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that Resolution No. 5159 is hereby amended to incorporate the fees set forth in Exhibit"A" and Exhibit"B" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fee additions and amendments set out in Exhibit "A" and adopted by this Resolution shall be effective on October 1, 2002, and continue thereafter; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the fee additions and amendments set out in Exhibit"B" as adopted by this Resolution shall become effective sixty (60) days following the adoption of this Resolution, and continue thereafter; and BE .T FURTHER RESOLVED that except as amended her tt:: Resolution No. 5159, as amended, shall remain in full force and effect.
