RESOLUTION NO. A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH TO AMEND THE CLASSIFICATION PLAN BY MODIFYING A CLASSIFICATION AND COMPENSATION IN THE CITY CLASSIFICATION PLAN WHEREAS,the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach wishes to amend the City Classification Plan; and The provisions of Personnel Rule 12-4 have been complied with, in that the changes to the City Classification Plan were considered by the Personnel Commission during a public hearing held on April 16, 2003, and the Commission then voted to recommend amending the City's Classification Plan to delete, add and modify classifications and establish compensation as part of the implementation of the Information Systems reorganization as set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,to the City Council, NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve as follows: 1. Add, delete and modify positions in the City's Classification Plan as set forth in Exhibit A. The Class Specification for these positions are set forth in Exhibit B. 2. All other provisions of the Classification Plan shall remain the same.
