HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2003-50 RESOLUTION NO. 2003-50 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS FOR THE YEARS 2003/2004 THROUGH 2O09/2010 FOR COMPLIANCE WITH MEASURE M AND PROPOSITION Ill REQUIREMENTS WHEREAS,On November 6, 1990,the Orange County voters approved Measure M,the revised Traffic Improvement and Growth Management Ordinance; and { Measure M authorized the imposition of a one-half percent sales tax for a period of twenty years to fund necessary transportation improvements; and One of the eligibility requirements for Measure M is the adoption of a Capital Improvement Program for the years 2003/2004 through 2009/2010. NOW,THEREFORE,the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve as follows: 1. That the Capital Improvement Programs for Measure M and Proposition 111,as contained in the document attached hereto as Exhibit"A,"and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein is hereby adopted.
