HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2003-64 o ZAYS rr - r -o� RESOLUTION NO. 2003-64 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A CITYWIDE USER FEE SCHEDULE AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2002-94 WHEREAS, on October 4, 1982,the City Council adopted Resolution No. 5159 establishing a fee schedule for the City; and From time to time supplemental fee resolutions have been adopted amending Resolution No. 5159; and The City Council desires to state new fees and update existing fees charged to the public; and The fees hereinafter established do not exceed the estimated reasonable cost of providing the service for which the fees are imposed. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that the fees set forth in Exhibit"A"and adopted by this Resolution shall be effective sixty days following the adoption of this Resolution, and continue thereafter. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2002-94 (Supplemental Fee Resolution#91) is hereby repealed. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of September , 2003.
