HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2003-65 RESOLUTION NO. 2003-65 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A CITYWIDE SCHEDULE FOR CHARGES FOR FACILITY RENTALS AND RECREATION SERVICES WHEREAS, the City imposes a charge on public access and use of certain City property for the purpose of raising revenue; and The City Council desires to state new charges and update the existing amounts currently charged to the public for access and use of City property. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that the fees set forth in Exhibit"A" and adopted by this Resolution shall be effective on October 1, 2003, and continue thereafter. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington.Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd—day of September , 2003.
