HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council - 2005-76 �F�Ec r7�✓�': RESOLUTION NO. 2 0 0 5_7 6 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A CITYWIDE SCHEDULE FOR CHARGES FOR FACILITY RENTALS AND RECREATION SERVICES AND REPEALING RESOLUTIONS 2003-65, 2004-15, 2004-67 AND 2005-63 WHEREAS, the City imposes a charge on public access and use of certain City property for the purpose of raising revenue; and The City Council desires to state new charges and update the existing amounts currently charged to the public for access and use of City property, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach that the fees set forth in Exhibit"A" and adopted by this Resolution shall become effective on the date this Resolution is adopted, and continue thereafter. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Resolution No. 2003-65, 2004-15 (Supplemental Fee Resolution No. 1), 2004-67 (Supplemental Fee Resolution No. 2) and Resolution No. 2005-63 (Supplemental Resolution No. 3) are hereby repealed.
