A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH SUPPLEMENTING RESOLUTION NO. 2009-31
ENTITLED, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A CITYWIDE USER FEES SCHEDULE
SETTING BUSINESS LICENSE RENEWAL AND APPLICATION FEES FOR TAX
EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS (SUPPLEMENTAL FEE RESOLUTION NO. 1)
On June 15, 2009, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 2009-31 establishing a user
fee schedule for the City; and
The City Council desires to update the existing business license renewal fee and
application fee charged to tax-exempt organizations,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby
resolve as follows:
1. Resolution No. 2009-31 is hereby amended to incorporate the new fee set forth in
Exhibit"A" attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof.
2. Except as amended herein, the fees contained in Resolution No. 2009-31 shall
remain in full force and effect.
3. The fee set forth in Exhibit "A" and adopted by this Resolution shall be effective
following the adoption of this Resolution, and continue thereafter.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a

I, JOAN L. FLYNN the duly elected, qualified City Clerk of the City of
Huntington Beach, and ex-officio Clerk of the City Council of said City, do hereby
certify that the whole number of members of the City Council of the City of
Huntington Beach is seven; that the foregoing resolution was passed and adopted
by the affirmative vote of at least a majority of all the members of said City Council
at a regular meeting thereof held on September 21, 2009 by the following vote.-
AYES: Carchio, Dwyer, Green, Bohr, Coerper, Hansen
NOES: None
