A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2009-33
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
HUNTINGTON BEACH ESTABLISHING A CITYWIDE
SCHEDULE FOR CHARGES FOR FACILITY RENTALS AND
RECREATION SERVICES AND REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 2007-60
AND ALL SUPPLEMENTAL RESOLUTIONS THERETO."
(SUPPLEMENTAL FEE RESOLUTION NO. 2 )
WHEREAS, on June 15, 2009, Resolution No. 2009-33 was adopted, establishing a Citywide
fee for public access and use of certain City property; and
The City Council desires to amend this fee schedule to address parking issues at various City-
owned downtown parking locations as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein
by this reference,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach
that the fees set forth in Exhibit "A" and adopted by this Resolution shall be effective immediately
following the adoption of this Resolution, and continue thereafter.
All other charges or fees set forth in Resolution No. 2009-33 shall remain in effect.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 16th day of November , 2009.
