A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH
ADOPTING CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMS FOR THE YEARS
2010/2011 THROUGH 2O16/2017 FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
MEASURE M AND PROPOSITION 111 REQUIREMENTS
WHEREAS, on November 6 1990 the Orange County voters approved Measure M, the
revised Traffic Improvement and Growth Management Ordinance and
Measure M authorized the imposition of a one-half percent sales tax for a period of twenty
years to fund necessary transportation improvements, and
One of the eligibility requirements for Measure M is the adoption of Capital Improvement
Program for subsequent years, and
The Capital Improvement Programs have been designated for the years 2010/2011 through
2016/2017
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve
as follows
That the Capital Improvement Programs for the years 2010/2011 through 2016/2017 for
Measure M and Proposition I I I funds are contained in the document attached hereto as Exhibit
"A,"and incorporated by this reference as though fully set forth herein, is hereby adopted,
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of August , 20j_
