RESOLUTION NO. 2.014-91 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH' AMENDING THE CITY'S CLASSIFICATION PLAN BY AMENDING THE TITLE'OF' REAL PROPERTY AGENT TO REAL ESTATE AND PROJECT MANAGER; DEPUTY CITY TREASURER(MEO) TO FINANCE MANAGER-TREASURY; DEPUTY CITY TREASURER(MEO) TO FINANCE MANAGER-FISCAL SERVICES; ACCOUNTING MANAGER TO FINANCE MANAGER-ACCOUNTING; AND BUDGET MANAGER TO FINANCE MANAGER-BUDGET WHEREAS, the City Council of Huntington Beach wishes to amend the City's Classification Plan; and The provisions of Personnel Rule 12-4 have been complied with, in that the changes to the City Classification Plan were considered by the Personnel Commission during a public hearing held on October 15, 2014. The Commission voted to recommend to the City Council that the City's Classification Plan be amended to change the title of REAL PROPERTY AGENT TO REAL ESTATE AND PROJECT MANAGER; DEPUTY CITY TREASURER (MEO) to FINANCE MANAGER- TREASURY; DEPUTY CITY TREASURER(MEO) to FINANCE MANAGER-FISCAL SERVICES; ACCOUNTING MANAGER to FINANCE MANAGER-ACCOUNTING; BUDGET MANAGER to FINANCE MANAGER-BUDGET and ALIGN COMPENSATION IN COMPLIANCE WITH PERSONNEL RULE 12-1. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby resolve that the Classification Plan be amended as follows: 1. Amend the title of REAL PROPERTY AGENT to REAL ESTATE AND PROJECT MANAGER as set forth in,Exhibits E which is attached hereto and incorporated by this - reference. 2. Amend the title of DEPUTY CITY TREASURER (MEO) to FINANCE MANAGER- TREASURY as set forth in Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. 3. Amend the title of DEPUTY CITY TREASURER (MEO) to FINANCE MANAGER - FISCAL SERVICES as set forth in Exhibit B which is attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. 4.
