A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2016-59
WHICH ESTABLISHED A COMPREHENSIVE
CITYWIDE MASTER FEE AND CHARGES SCHEDULE
(SUPPLEMENTAL FEE RESOLUTION NO. 4)
WHEREAS, on November 7, 2016, Resolution No. 2016-59 was adopted, establishing a
comprehensive citywide master fee and charges schedule; and
The City Council desires to update a portion of the existing Fire—User Fees and Charges
as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated by this reference; and
The City Council desires to amend this fee schedule to add two new program elements to
the Junior Lifeguard Program and establish fees for each new program.
Upon adoption of this Resolution, the fee listed in the "Proposed Changes" column shall
be in effect,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Huntington Beach does hereby
resolve as follows:
The new charges set forth in Exhibit "A" and adopted by this Resolution shall be
effective immediately following the adoption of this Resolution, and continue thereafter.
All other charges or fees set forth in Resolution No. 2016-59 shall remain in effect.
