Each bid shall be made out on a form to be obtained at the office of the rirpctor of Public Works, City Hall, Huntington Beach, California; shall he sealed and filed with the City Clerk- or said City on or before 5y00 P.M. of February 4th, 1966, and shall be opened by the My Council at its informal session at 7:00 A.M1. February 7th, 1966. The City of F-'untington Beach, California, reserves the right to reject any or rill bids, and to accept the bid deemed for the best interest of the City of Huntington Bet-ch.
