LESSOR and LESSOR's agents, includng the Police
Department, shall have the right to enter the rented premises
at all reasonable times to inspect came for security purposes.
f. LESSOR and LESSOR's agents shall ba permitted to make repairs,
additions or alterations as may be deemed necessary by LESSOR
with reasonable notice to LESSEE.
LESSOR's failure to take advantage of any default onti

In the e,?ent the entirety of the Site is destroyed or
rendered untenable by fire, storm, earthquake, or other

casualty not caused by negligence of LESSOR, this Agreement
shall be at an end from such time except for the purpose of
onforcing rights that may have accrued herounder. The rnntal
shall then be accounted for between LESSOR and LESSEE up to the 4 0.
