Clayton Inginrearing Inc has cumpleted the construction of the
Water Warehouse and Yard improvements project, Phase 11; Cash
Contract No. 719.

Accept the improvements and authorize the City Clerk to file the
notice of Completion.
On dune 17, 15911 the City Council awarded a► contract to Clayton
Engineering Inc. for cons tructiori of the Water Warehouse project
and Yard Improvements, Phase 11; Cash Contract No. 719. The
construction of those improvements is row complete. Therefore, the
Director of Public Works recommends the acceptance of the project
and requests the Notice of Completion be filed by the City Clark.
