Rather, -t is the intent of the cclleFe community (Faculty and !associated Students, GWC) to seek private :'ending in support of these.pro�jects after the base environmental setting has been established. Phase II facilitating will include: permanent flood and stage area lightings; permanent outdoor sound systems; stage and set design fixtures and appurtenances, Phase III construction will include,: permanent lighting and sound control booth housing; public restrooms on --e, snack bar on site; ticket booths at heads of entrance trails.
