Approval of this contract would continue the practice established during the � 1980 fiscal year wher; the City originally contracted for CETA mandated services with the Coast Community Collage District. Federci ri gutations mandate that an amount equal to 20 percent of the CETA I1-D grant be buteted for training. k.n amount equal to 5 percent of the grant is an allowable charge J or support services. When the City Council established the gront for `ascal year 1981, they encumbered funds in the accounts to meet these purposes. Payment to the Coast Community College iistrict will be dlrect(y fromCETA funds funneled through the 'City of Huntington Beard`.. There will be no City funds involved nor any City liability for these amounttr.
