The City of Huntington Beach, a municipal corvoration, hereby grants to
3 Coleytown Productions, Inc. (herein called Cot-spany), and its emnloyees, its
4 # agents, inde�_7dent producers, contractors and suppliers, permission to enter
511 and use the property commonly known as Edinger~ Street, East of the Bridge
c i nearest Sunset Aquatic Par)' to Trinidad Lane for the purpose of photographing
7� and recording certain scenes for a motion picture commencing on or about J
