City staff has agreed to accept the compromise asking price of $154,100 for the 1.75 acre parcel as indicated in the at- tached letter from Mr. Dean Edwards, Right of Way Agent, State Department of Transportation. The original asking price in May, 1976 was $242,100. The Davis -Baker appraisal in October 1976 reflected a vnlue of $103r000.
