Tni,5 Agreement is subject to the following conditions: j1. It is understood that the equipment covered by this agreement is in good mechanical condition. If, in the opinion of DITTO,Incorp- orated,a complete overhaul of the equipment is necessary,before placing such equipment on malrtenance service,a shop estimate based on time and material will be submitted. 2. All parts requiring replacement on DITTO Direct Process and Masterfax machines will be installed at no additional charge, provid- ing the unit price of e.5ch replaced part is $2.00 or less. Parts priced at$2.01 or more and spare parts not required for immediate use shall be billed at list price unless their replacement is covered by the guarantee. 3. Item 2 above will also apply to DITTO Offset machines, except the urit price of each replacement part,to be installed at no addi- tional charge (molleton sleeves not included%will be$5.00 or less. A charge will be made for each part replaced with a list,price of $5.01 or more. 4. All parts replaced an DITTO Diazo machines will be invoiced at list price. I 5. All DITTO machines covered by a monthly service agreement will receive a minimum of 12 inspection calls per year-one call each month provided the agreement is invoiced yearly in advance. 6. Emergency service on machines covered by a monthly service agreement will be furnished at no additional charge providing the cause for such service is not due to the misuse of the equipment and/or the use of supplies which are injurious to the equipment. 7. All ,XTTO machines covered by a bi-monthly service agreement will receive 6 inspection calls per year-one call every other month provided the agreement is invoiced yearly in advance. 8. All DITTO machines covered by a quarterly service agreement will receive 4inspection calls per year-one call every three months provided the agreement is invoiced yearly in advance. 9. Underthe terms of a bi-monthly or quarterly agreement, when intermediate service calls (other than the regular bi-monthly or quarter. ly inspection calls)are requested,you are authorized to charge for such service at the current established rates.. 10. This agreement does not cover service to equipment which may be required as a result of damage caused by fire, water, sti)rm, burg- lary or abuse. If for some reason,a machine or portion thereof,must be taken into the DITTO Branch Service Shop for malttr repairs, a separate quotatior based on timeand material will be submitted. 11. All optional features which are not eor.sidered_to be a basic part of the machine operation,at our discretion,will be tnnluded in this maintenance agreement at your established contract rates. 12. This agreement is to remain in force'until cancelled in writing by either party. it will not be necessary to subm4t another agreement for approval unless requested.' At the conclusion'of each contract period, DITTO, Incorporated is ruthorized to render an invoice for the ensuing yearly ecntract period. The total price of the Maintenance Agreement to our DITTO equipment is understood to be$ 61..75 _per year.
