ANALYSIS: In April 1977, an appraisal of the subject property was secured by Locke Land Associates of Long Beach which reflected a fair market value of $72,500. On September 6, 1977, the City Cou�Yci7 approved Resolution #4517 for application of grant fund" under the Roberti-Z'Berg Urban" Open Space and Recreation Program (SB 174) along with Negative Declaration, n77-124. In June 1978, the City s original.grant request of $54,375 was amended to $81,257 of 'a total estimated project cost'`from $72,500 to $108,343. All taxes and assessments: due as of: the date of closing, but nct'then delinquent', shall be pro-rated as of the date of closing, and MANTOR bears those prior thereto, and. CITY bears those thereafter. Delinquencies shall be the ;ole ,responsibility of GRANTOR. 9. Each party warrants that the persons signing herein have the power :and authority to bind said party, and does so bind said party, its heirs, assigns, personal represertativcc or other, successors in interest.
