CHANGES CONTRACTOR shall adhere strictly '.o the plans and specifications set forth in -,:he Cont:rac' Documents unless a change therefrom is author i zeci in writing by t-he DPW. CONTRACTOR agrees to make any and all changes, furnish materials and perform all work necessary within the scope cat t:he PKWECT as the DPW may require in writing. Under no condition shall CONTRACTOR make any changes within't.hz wrist. -en order oz the DPW, and CITY shall not pay any extra charges made by C01URACTOR that have not been agreed upon ire writing by the DPr,.
