Dear Mr. Henricksen
r ;•
1 Bill Weybright has informed me that
you wish a figure for budgetary purposes on continuing
consulting service. I would suggest a figure of $270.00
per month, which would :_nclude two consecutive days in
' your city, or 2 clays in our office and one day a. month
In your city. Travel expenses are included in the figure
stated above. Any blueprinting or reproduction would be
at cost, when and if ordered by the city.
If you wish further information, please
call on us.

Dear Mr. Henricksen:
I acknowledge cancellation of the contrzct between
the City and •aur organization effective August 1, 1959.
I sincerely appreciate the opportunity of having worked
for the City, even though things didn't work out as I feel they should
have,
I urge that the Planning Commission and City Council
continue their planning program and firmly believe that time will indi-
cate that both the Planning Commission and City were correct in decisions,
which I feral were based entirely in the best interests of the whole city.
