NOW, ' H:IREFORE, it is agreed ar, follows 1. LICENSOR grants to LICENSEE a license to enter upon. LICENSOR.'S property fog^ the n` rpose of constructing street improvements along thy- front of said property as shavn in Exhibit 2 LICENSEE shall indemn y and hold LICENSOR harmless from and against any aril all claims for injury to persons or property arising out of or in connection With the aforementioned work. 3. It is fu chef agreed and understood that, excepting the f, improvements to be constructed, LLCENSEE shall restore the e property to its original, condition to the reasonable satisfaction of LICENSOR upon completion of the aforementioned work. 4.
