This house has been rented 1,y Harold Pugh since 1971, However, no formal rental agreement exists. Thi.7 matter was brought to staff's attention by the City Auditor and we have propared the attached. Rental Agreement. The Agreement calls for a rental amount of. $200 per mor,th which is market value for a 600 square foot house with no garage and minimal yard space.
