Box 190 Huntington Beach, California 92648 Dear Mr. Castle: In response to your May 10, 1971 letter concerning the Police Department's use of a portion of our buildings, we wish to acknowledge your letter and our agreement therewith, subject to clarification on the mariner of terminating such use. We must and do reserve the right to terminate such use for any reason and as you will be on, a monthly, rental, we hereby agree that although we reserve this right we will furnish you with at least 30 days' notice of our desire to have such termination occur If you have any question on this matter, please advise. Now we have reached the point where we need an equal amount of additional space for the: same purpose. in our discuss ions with your Mr. Bill Wren, we have agreed that a fair rental on the total, portion that we will now be using would be ,$25 per month. Any partitions or securi.ti walls that are: necessary for the Police Department's purposes will be installed at the sole experise of the City of Hunringtoij beach. When we no longer use the space these installations wilt he re- moved by the City of Huntington Beach if the Huntington Beach Company so desire . Rental payment will commence .Suite 1, 1971.
