The license has been approved as to form by the City Attorney's office and it meets approval of this office. A sewer line within the easement was cor-structed in 1962 by Huntington Harbour Corporation from their first island to a pump station located adjacent to Pacific Coast Highway.; A portion of a garage to be built by Huntington Estates will, overlay the sewer . line. 'i� Him LICENSE TO USE EASEMENT = - WHEREAS, the CITY OF HUNTINGTON EEACH, a municipal car- poration, is the owner of a ten-foot easement for a sanitary sewer across Lot 4 of Parcel Map 47 - Page 33, City of Hunting- ton Beach, County of Orange, State of California, and WHEREAS, HUNTINGTON ESTATES, INC. , builder and developer in Tract 6874, and Parcel Map 47 - Page 33, desires permission to construct garages or portions of garages over said easement, NOW, THEREFORE, for a valuable consideration received, the CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH, a municipal corporation, does hereby grant to Huntington Estates, Inc. , the right to construct garages or portions of garages over the sanitary sewer ease- ment on said Lot 4 of Parcel Map 47 - Page 33, City of Hunting- ton Beach, County of Orange, State of California, n the fol- lowing terms and conditions: 1. Councilmen Pr_sent 3z;-gart--1 a?r� rZibbs,_nrSpm- MMntnev- Dike,^Coen Counci'i:nen.Absent: None' LICENSE TO USE EASEMENT - TRACT NO. 6874 HUNTINGTON ESTATES INC. - APPROVED The City Administrator addressed Council concerning a request from Mr. Eugene Spiegel, of Huntington Estates, Inc., for a License to Use Easement for the purpose of con- structing a portion of a garage which will overlay a sewer line within 'Tract No. 6874. a The Director of Public Works addressed Council on the matter. On motion by Green, Council approved a License to. Use Easement between the City and Huntington Estates, Inc., for the purpose of constructing garages or portions of garages over the sanitary sewer casement - Tract No. 6874 - on Lot 4 of Parcel Map 47, Page 33, City of Huntington. Beach, County of Orange, State of California, with con- ditions as stipulated in said License to Use Easement; and authorized the Mayor and City Clerk to execute same on behalf of the City. The motion was passed by the following vote: AYES: Councilmen: Shipley, Bartlett, Gibbs, Green, Matney, Duke, Coer. NOES: Councilmen: None ABSENT.
