Reconimendation: Accept the work, as completed, and authorize the City Clerk to file the Notices of Completion. Analysis: On June 7, 1982, the City Council awarded a contract to Irvine Pipeline Company, Incorporated for the installation of. 1920 L.F. of 16" asb4-,stos- cement pipe in Warner Avenue from Newland Street to Water well No. 9. The construction of this water line is now complete, in accordance with the approved plans and specifications, and therefore, the Director of Public Works recommends acceptance of the work and requests that the Notice of Completion be filed by the City Clark.
