staffing of tw e'rity-three dispatchers with seven to -eight of those dispatch. having less
than one year of.experience.- :Providing off -,site training for23 dispatchers is :financially
exorb . Rant as it requires travel, per diem.course. tuition costs -and may require backfill at.
overtime' compensation.. At theconclusion of this project, the Huntinqton . Beach Police
partmerit expects, several .POST certified courses to be: delivered -to thei r staff : on-s tie,

logistics, the courses presented will need to be scheduled. to allow Maximum
