Andre A. Duhamel $39,1b6. The original estimate for the work was $29,000 based on a word description to ressodel the youth activities room to house a dark room and various media equipment. The final plans were prepared in accordance with the actual needs listed in the federal grant to Coastline College, and they included two darkrooms and more cabinet work than anticipated; and in the interest of time to salvage the grant monies there was not an updated estimate prepared. 'therefore, the bids are considered to be satisfactory and the award is recommended. Fundin_A. The project funding will come from the $29,000 of Revenue Sharing Funds which have been previously approved by the City Councii, together with funds from the $57,000 which were allocated to modify the engineering offices that were bid sufficiently lower to allow for completion of both projects. The transfers Vil be made as work progresses and the actual need arises. ` r : DK s bh + SupMi► Court ap"m trATR OW CALWORNIA N aid hr the C+wwty of Orate Cl" V MWIWU WEACMr CITY CLERK Pit* J.
