Presently, , the area surface drains to the north and floods the intersection of Bolsa Chica Street and Heil Avenue. in a few months the west side of Bolsa Chica Street is going to be fully improved by adjacent developments and we wish to install the drainage system. prior to the street construction. The project's Negative Declaration No. 77-4 has been granted by the City's Environmental Review Cowsaittee.
