Terms of Agreement (8) Chamness hereby acknowledged that he is familiar with the terms and conditions of the agreement heretofore referred to between the City and the Huntington Beach company, and that this agreement is subject thereto, and that all operations hereunder shall be in conformity with, and subject to the terms and conditions of aii.di agreement. Chamnees shall, upon the expiration of this agreement, or any extention or renewal thereof, remove his property therefrom, including the removal of the buildings and improvements made by him thereon; provided, however, that City is hereby given the option, upon such termihation, to purchase said building from Chamness, and the purchase price shall be the . eoet ut ecr►st,-Uction less depreciation calculated on a basis of twenty (20) years.
