Contractual Agreement. Term. The term of this contract shell be for one `j year, }c}ommencing September ?p, 1982 and terminating September l9 , 1983 . 3. Option to Terminate. Either party has the right to terminate this agreement without cause at any time after the effective date of the term of the agreement upon r y thirty t30) days' written notice to the other party. 4. Compensation. City shall. pay Consultant, and Consultant agrees to accept from City as full payment for services# eompensation in the amount of twelve thousand dollars +0> 12,000) annually, to be paid by City in monthly installm�xats -of one thousand dollars ($ ,t 00') in arrears for each month of the term hereof. Said fee shall entitle City to a maximum of 12 hours of services per month,. in addition City agrees to pay consultant at the rate of 100 per hour for additional work within the scope of this agreement authorized in writing by the City Administrator. s For the terry of the agreement, the total compensation to be paid to Consultant shall not exceed the sum of $15, 000. Consultant shall at all times faithfully, industriously and to the hest of his ability, experience and talent perform all, duties that may be required of and from him pursuant to t o express and implicit terms hereof, to the reasonable satisfaction of city.
