Belsito City Administrator Subject: Notice of Exemption for Hamilton Ave. Street Widening, AHFP #841, CC-36t Dear Council Members: Transmitted herewith is a copy of the Notice of Exemption for the proposed widening of Hamilton Avenue between nrookhurst Street and the Santa Ana River. This project is part of the County's Arterial Highway Financing Program and the actual con- struction will be incorporated into the Orange County.Environ- mental Management Agency's project to widen the existing bridge over the Santa Ana River.
