Moorhouse , Director, Cornmunit ervices Subject: Donated Space Agreement with Orange County for "'T C.Lr Lake View Clubhouse Statement of Issue, Recommendation, Analysis,'Funding Source, Alternative Actions, Attachments: V,' , STATEMENT OF ISSUE The County of Orange is seeking an agreement with the city for free use of Lake View Clubhouse in order to provide a Child Health and Walk-In Immunization Clinic for the community . RECOMMENDATION Approve and authorize Mayor to execute the donated space agreement with Orange County for the use of Lake View Clubhouse . ANALYSIS For a number of years , the Orange County Child Health and Walk-In Immunization C1'inic operated out of Lake Park Clubhouse at no charge . The Feedback Foundation TLC Program was moved to Lake Park Clubhouse recently which necessitated moving the Clinic to Lake View Clubhouse . The Clinic is oC great benefit to the citizens of Huntington Beach and it is advantageous to the city to have the county provide this service . The Clinic will use the building for two Fridays of the month. FUNDING SOURCE No funds involved . ALTERNATIVE AC'.:'I01.1� 1 . Charge a normal rental fee for use of the facility ; 2 . IF RE : DONATED SPACE AGREE14ENT CITY OF HUNTINGTON BEACH HSA/PUBLIC HEALTH AND MEDICAL SERVIC':S On motion of Supervisor Wieder , duly seconded and unanimously carried , the offer of donated space is accepted and the Clerk of the Board is authorized to execute the Donated Space agreement , dated October 13 , 1981, between the County of Orange and the City of Huntington Beach to allow HSA/Public Health and Medical Services to provide a Child Health and Walk-In Immunization Clinic . IN RE : FORECLOSURE OF DEED OF TRUST ATWOOD CHANNEL JOHN AND NATALIE MARQUES On motion of Supervisor Wieder, duly seconded and unanimously carried , 4he Manager, GSA/Real Estate. Division , is instructed to request First American Title Company, the trustee under the Deed of Trust, to prepare the necessary documents for foreclosure and to proceed to fore- close on the property designated as Parcel E04-202 . 2 , Atwnod Channel , in accordance with the Trust provisions . The Manager, GSA/Real.
