The study determined that operational .improvements and the establ,isnment of user, k fees .were necessary to assure continued quality services. Based on this study, the Orange County Board of Supervisors approved the establishment of urer fees for the maintenance, installation and repair of both city and ;. County-owned co.municattons equipment on April 27, 1988. On this same date, letters were mailed to each of you indicating that all ' prior city communications agreements with the County would be terminated effec-tive Cctaber 31, 1980, with new agreements and rates effective November 1, 1988. The attached ?s the new agreement. In additior to the agreement, we have also provided a slmmary of the terms and conditions of this agreement. Please note that this a reemert-`does not re uire du to use GSA/Comriunica onsDivision ma n enance ins a at on or rear sere ces. t only defines what services will be available t roug e v s on >h a rates will be charged for these services, and what the expectations will be of the users in terms of FCC compliance requirements alld utilization of Division services. This agreement replaces any prior city agreements With the County for cor+rnunications services, including public safety and public works.
